Order Processor

Chase Taylor Recruitment are currently working on an exciting opportunity for an experienced order processor to join a growing and forward-thinking window and door manufacturing company based in Cambridgeshire. Our client manufactures UPVC and Aluminium windows and doors and operate from 3 modern manufacturing plants across 45,000ft2. Based in the East of England, their logistics and distribution centre has the facility to supply trade customers throughout the UK. They are known for their state-of-the-art facilities, impressive product finishes and excellent customer care.

The right candidate will have current/recent experience order processing windows and doors using specialist processing systems such as Windows Designer, Business Micros or Logikal.

The role:

• 1st Look at surveys, input ready to be checked and processed
• Getting quotes from suppliers for stock
• Accurately place orders on the order processing system
• Gathering information for quotes for jobs
• Work with finance, sales and installs to achieve different projects
• Manage and assist in raising purchase orders as well as reviewing completeness of job file to ensure all parts are ordered and delivered on time
• Assist with admin duties as required
• Provide excellent customer service

The candidate:

• Must have current/recent experience Order Processing windows and doors
• Be IT literate and has previously used, Windows Designer, Business Micros or Logikal.
• Be able to manage own workload and work towards deadlines
• Have excellent attention to detail
• Must currently reside in the UK
