Chase Taylor Recruitment are currently recruiting for an experienced window and door order processor to join a successful window and door business who supply to the trade. The right candidate will have current or recent experience order processing windows and doors within the fenestration industry.
The role:
- Quoting and processing orders of products using company bespoke software
- Interpreting technical drawings
- Liaising with contractors, architects and fitters
- Sending of completed estimates and following up
- Liaising with suppliers of external products
- Reporting any issues in a timely manner
- Dealing with any customer/client enquiries via phone and email
The candidate:
- Have current experience estimating/order processing UPVC windows and doors
- Be computer literate and be adaptable
- Have good product knowledge
- Be a team player and be able to manage own workload
- Have excellent communication and customer service skills
- Must currently reside in the UK
