This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced sales professional with a background in conservatories and solid roof systems to join a successful organisation that is committed to delivering high-quality products and exceptional customer service.

The role is centred around managing warm, inbound enquiries from customers who have already expressed an interest in purchasing a conservatory or roofing solution. This is a consultative sales position with no cold calling, allowing you to focus on understanding customer requirements, providing expert advice, preparing quotations, and guiding customers through the sales journey from enquiry to order.

Working alongside internal departments, you will play a key role in ensuring customers receive an efficient, professional and seamless buying experience while contributing to the continued success of the business.

Key Responsibilities

As the successful candidate, your duties will include:

  • Managing inbound enquiries received via telephone, email and online quotation requests.
  • Speaking with customers to understand their project requirements and recommending the most suitable conservatory and roofing solutions.
  • Providing expert advice on conservatory styles, glazing options, solid roof systems and product specifications.
  • Producing accurate quotations and revising them as customer requirements evolve.
  • Following up quotations to answer customer queries and maximise sales conversions.
  • Building strong customer relationships through a professional and consultative sales approach.
  • Managing customers throughout the complete sales process, ensuring regular communication and excellent service.
  • Working closely with internal teams to ensure quotations, orders and customer information are processed accurately.
