About the Role
Chase Taylor Recruitment are working on behalf of a respected and growing home improvement company to recruit a Sales Manager focused on B2C (consumer) sales. This is a predominantly office-based role where you will be responsible for managing and driving sales performance within a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. You will lead from the front in converting high-quality inbound and self-generated enquiries into successful home improvement sales, with occasional visits to customers’ homes where required to support the sales process. The role suits a commercially driven sales professional with strong leadership capability and a proven background in home improvement, windows, doors, or related B2C sectors.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and drive B2C sales performance within the home improvement division
- Lead, support, and motivate a small sales team to achieve and exceed targets
- Handle incoming customer enquiries and convert them into confirmed appointments and sales
- Oversee the full sales cycle from initial enquiry through to order conversion
- Conduct occasional customer home visits to support complex or high-value sales
- Ensure all customer interactions are handled professionally and in line with company standards
- Monitor pipeline performance, sales KPIs, and conversion rates
- Identify opportunities to improve sales processes and increase overall conversion
- Work closely with installation, surveying, and operations teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment

About You
The successful candidate will be a hands-on, results-driven sales professional with strong experience in B2C home improvement sales. You will have:
- Proven experience in a Sales Manager, Senior Sales Executive, or Team Leader role
- Background in windows, doors, glazing, conservatories, or general home improvement sales
- Strong B2C sales experience, ideally involving home visits or showroom-based selling
- Ability to lead, coach, and motivate sales teams
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
