The Role As an Estimator, you will prepare accurate and competitive cost estimates for bespoke joinery projects while working closely with the design, commercial, and project teams to produce successful tender submissions.
Key Responsibilities * Prepare accurate cost estimates from drawings and specifications. * Obtain and assess supplier and subcontractor quotations. * Produce commercially competitive tender submissions. * Identify project risks and value engineering opportunities. * Maintain pricing records and support the tender process. * Attend meetings and site visits when required.
