We are working with a successful, well established supplier of aluminium and upvc window and door products into the fenestration trade network who are recruiting for an Internal Trade Estimator to join their existing team. The main duties of this position are to provide an effective tradeservice to supply only customers thatβs quick, efficient and friendly in order to achieve optimum customer satisfaction and maximise current and future sales. Other responsibilities include: * Drive sales in building customer relationships; get to know trade supply only customers and the needs of their business or projects * Establish sales leads with supply only customers via e-mail, telephone or face to face in the office * Maintain customer relationships in order to generate potential sales orders. * Assist trade supply only customers in providing accurate information and advice on product options and variations and provide accurate quotes. * Pursue quotes provided to supply only customers in a timely manner in order to secure sales. * To understand and know the Building Regulations in order to provide advice to customers. * To understand and learn limitations and wide loadings of buildings and products. * Keep accurate and detailed records of calls made and success achieved using CRM system. * Set up new trade supply only customer accounts within Company set customer terms and approved by Sales Manager. * Liaise with internal departments to ensure all changes to orders are communicated effectively and timely. * Produce detailed and accurate manufacturing specifications using Windows Designer processing software and Logikal (Aluminium) for the production of trade supply only sales orders. * Provide effective verbal and written communication with trade supply only sales customers. * Ensure that all contract administration / procedures are undertaken within required time frames. * Resolve trade supply only customer problems in an efficient and timely manner to ensure optimum customer satisfaction. * Provide excellent customer service and quality service in line with standards, procedures and guidelines. * Assist the Sales Manager in all matters relating to trade sales. * Undertake any other reasonable tasks as required in order to fulfil the aims and objectives of the company Person Specification * Fenestration product knowledge essential and advise on product range * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Attention to detail when producing paperwork and ability to work within set procedures * Good presentation skills both written and verbal
