Chase Taylor Recruitment are currently working on behalf of a well-established and growing home improvement business to recruit an experienced Installation Manager. Our client specialises in the design and installation of high-quality conservatories, orangeries, and home extensions, utilising modern construction methods including the innovative hup! building system. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced installation professional to take ownership of site operations within a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
The Role
As Installation Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all on-site installation activities, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to a high standard. You will manage multiple installation teams working across:
- Conservatories
- Orangeries
- Home extensions
- Modern hup! system builds
This is a hands-on role where you will coordinate labour, materials, and schedules while maintaining a strong focus on quality and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate a team of installers and subcontractors
- Oversee multiple live projects from start to completion
- Ensure installations are delivered on time, within budget, and to specification
- Plan and schedule installation programmes effectively
- Liaise with internal departments including sales, design, and operations
- Ensure materials and products are available in line with project timelines
- Maintain high standards of health & safety across all sites
- Act as the main point of contact for customers during installations
- Resolve on-site issues efficiently and professionally
Candidate Requirements
- Proven experience as an Installation Manager within:
- Windows & doors
- Conservatories / home improvements
- Extensions or similar projects
Experience working with modern building systems such as hup! would be highly advantageous.
