We are currently recruiting on behalf of an established and growing home improvement company specialising in high-quality uPVC windows, doors and home improvement products. Our client is looking for an experienced, confident and driven Sales Executive to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with a proven background in B2C windows and doors sales who is looking to take their career to the next level.

The successful candidate will play a key role in driving new business, converting sales opportunities and developing strong, long-term relationships with existing customers.

The Role

As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for managing the complete B2C sales process, from initial enquiry through to quotation and order. You will be expected to generate new business while also maximising opportunities from the company's existing customer base.

  • Generate and develop new B2C sales opportunities.
  • Manage and maintain relationships with existing and previous customers.
  • Sell uPVC windows, doors and associated home improvement products.
  • Provide accurate quotations and recommend appropriate products and solutions.
  • Explain technical specifications, product benefits and installation requirements to customers.
  • Follow up enquiries and quotations to maximise conversion rates.
  • Manage your own sales pipeline and maintain accurate customer records.
  • Work closely with surveying, installation and operational teams.
  • Achieve and exceed agreed sales targets and KPIs.
  • Deliver an exceptional customer experience throughout the sales journey.

  • Experienced in generating new business as well as managing existing customers.
  • Technically minded with strong product knowledge.
  • Comfortable discussing window and door specifications, performance, materials and installation requirements.
  • Commercially aware with strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Target-driven, ambitious and motivated by earning potential.
  • Confident in face-to-face customer meetings and sales consultations.

Essential Experience

  • Proven experience in B2C sales within the windows, doors, glazing or home improvement sector.
  • Strong knowledge of uPVC windows and doors.
  • Demonstrable track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Experience managing the full sales cycle.
  • Proven ability to generate and win new business.
  • Strong technical sales knowledge.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Full UK driving licence.
