Chase Taylor Recruitment are proud to be representing a leading business within the home improvement sector in their search for an experienced Regional Sales Manager to cover the Southwest.
This is an excellent opportunity for a hands‑on Regional Sales Manager with a strong B2C background to lead, coach and develop a team of Sales Surveyors.
Working closely with senior leadership, you'll drive sales performance, improve conversion rates and embed best practice across your region.
The Role
As the Regional Sales Manager, you will spend around four days each week in the field coaching your team, supporting performance and ensuring exceptional customer experiences.
Regular travel across the Southwest, including occasional overnight stays, is required.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruit, coach and develop a team of Sales Surveyors.
- Drive sales performance, conversion rates and average order values.
- Introduce and monitor KPIs, sales processes and performance standards.
- Deliver field‑based coaching and ongoing sales training.
- Analyse sales data to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Manage performance and support the development of underperforming team members.
- Build strong relationships with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer journey.
- Motivate your team through effective leadership, incentives and continuous development.
About You
You’ll have
- Proven experience leading a successful B2C field sales team.
- A background within home improvements, windows & doors, garage doors, conservatories, kitchens, bathrooms or a similar direct‑to‑consumer environment.
- A track record of coaching sales professionals to improve performance and exceed targets.
- Strong commercial awareness, leadership and communication skills.
- A hands‑on management style with a passion for developing people and driving results.
