Join a Market-Leading Manufacturer of Aluminium Windows, Doors & Glass Roof Systems. Are you a driven sales professional with a passion for building relationships, winning new business, and delivering growth? We’re looking for an ambitious and commercially focused Trade Sales Manager to take ownership of the Scottish region for one of the UK’s leading manufacturers of premium aluminium windows, doors, and glass roof systems. This is an exciting opportunity to join a forward-thinking business with a strong reputation for quality, innovation, and customer service. You’ll play a key role in growing existing accounts, securing new business, and driving regional performance across two established product brands.
The Role
- Managing and developing an established customer base across the Scottish region
- Driving sales growth through cross-selling, upselling, and expanding product portfolio penetration
- Identifying and converting new business opportunities through prospecting, cold calling, and inbound enquiries
- Building strong, long-term customer relationships to maximise account potential
- Working closely with onboarding and fulfilment teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Negotiating commercial agreements and successfully closing sales opportunities
- Collaborating with the CEO and site leadership teams to maintain exceptional customer satisfaction
- Supporting product development with valuable market and customer feedback
- Monitoring market trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities
- Managing CRM activity and maintaining accurate customer records
- Working alongside credit control teams to ensure financial risk is effectively managed
