We're looking for a

Customer Service Administrator to become a key member of a busy customer service team, supporting customers from order through to delivery.

If you're a great communicator with excellent attention to detail and enjoy solving problems, we'd love to hear from you.

What you'll be doing

  • Processing customer orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Handling customer enquiries via phone and email with professionalism.
  • Providing stock availability updates and delivery ETAs.
  • Liaising with Sales, Warehouse and Logistics teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment.
  • Supporting the external sales team with day-to-day administration.
  • Maintaining accurate customer records and company systems.
  • Delivering exceptional customer service at every stage of the customer journey.

What we're looking for

  • Previous experience in a customer service or administration role.
  • Excellent communication and telephone skills.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise a busy workload.
  • Good IT skills, including Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel.
  • A proactive, positive attitude and excellent attention to detail.
  • Experience with order processing or within manufacturing, distribution or building products would be advantageous but isn't essential.
