Chase Taylor Recruitment is recruiting on behalf of a leading commercial glazing specialist for an experienced Commercial Head of Operations. This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially focused operations leader to join a successful and growing business, taking responsibility for the day-to-day management of the commercial operations function. Reporting into senior leadership, you will oversee project delivery, manage operational teams, drive continuous improvement, and play a key role in developing new business opportunities and supporting the company’s continued growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the commercial operations team across multiple projects.
- Oversee projects from contract award through to completion.
- Manage and support Contracts Managers, Project Managers, Surveyors, and Installation teams.
- Ensure projects are delivered on programme, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Drive operational performance, efficiency, and profitability.
- Seek out new business opportunities to support the continued growth of the business.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, suppliers, and key stakeholders.
- Conduct sales surveys for refurbishment and commercial glazing projects, identifying customer requirements and opportunities.
- Work closely with estimating, commercial, procurement, manufacturing, installation, and design teams to ensure seamless operations.
