Chase Taylor Recruitment are working in partnership with a leading manufacturer and supplier within the interior doors, doorsets, and architectural joinery sector to recruit an experienced Estimator.
This is a highly technical and commercially focused role responsible for producing accurate, detailed, and competitive cost estimates for interior door packages across residential, commercial, and large-scale construction projects. The successful candidate will play a key role in tendering, pricing strategy, and commercial support, ensuring that all bids are accurate, competitive, and aligned with manufacturing capability, specification requirements, and project timelines.
You will be working closely with design, production, sales, and project management teams to ensure seamless transition from enquiry through to order and manufacture.
As an Estimator within the interior doors sector, you will be responsible for reviewing tender documentation, technical drawings, and specifications to prepare detailed costings for doorsets, internal doors, fire doors, acoustic doors, and associated ironmongery packages. You will be expected to interpret architectural drawings and schedules, assess material and labour requirements, and build accurate cost models.
