This is an exciting opportunity for a Support Coordinator with strong industry knowledge and excellent customer service skills to join a specialist team supporting customers with software and system-related enquiries.
The Opportunity
As a Support Coordinator, you will become a key point of contact for customers, helping to resolve technical and operational queries while working closely with internal departments to ensure a high standard of service delivery. The position offers genuine scope to develop your technical knowledge and progress within the support function.
Main Duties
- Act as a first point of contact for customers via telephone, email and support ticketing systems.
- Investigate and resolve customer queries, escalating issues where necessary.
- Work alongside internal technical and training teams to ensure customer issues are dealt with effectively.
- Maintain accurate customer records and activity logs within the CRM system.
- Provide regular updates to customers regarding ongoing support cases.
- Assist with quality assurance and testing of software enhancements and new releases.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the support department.
Candidate Requirements
- Previous experience within a customer service, support, administration or coordination role.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- A proactive and solutions-focused approach.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and CRM platforms.
- Experience working within the double glazing, windows and doors, conservatory, or wider fenestration industry is essential.
- An understanding of operational processes within a glazing business would be highly advantageous.

- Previous experience supporting software systems.
- Knowledge of Business Micros, Window Designer, Evolution, or similar industry software.
