Chase Taylor Recruitment are recruiting on behalf of a well-established aluminium glazing company for an experienced Aluminium Order Processor to join their team in Bristol.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced order processor to join a successful business specialising in high-quality aluminium window, door and glazing systems.
The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring orders are processed accurately and efficiently from survey through to manufacture.
The Role
As an Aluminium Order Processor, you will be responsible for processing customer orders, interpreting technical information, and ensuring all products are ordered accurately and on time.
Key Responsibilities
- Process orders for aluminium windows, doors, curtain walling and glazing systems.
- Interpret survey information, architects' drawings and technical specifications.
- Produce accurate manufacturing and supplier orders.
- Check measurements, configurations and specifications prior to production.
- Liaise with surveyors, customers, suppliers and production teams to ensure projects run smoothly.
- Manage order amendments and resolve technical queries.
- Monitor order progress and delivery schedules.
- Maintain accurate records and update internal systems.
- Provide technical support where required.
- Candidate Requirements
- Previous experience as an Aluminium Order Processor within the fenestration industry.
- Strong knowledge of aluminium window, door and glazing systems.
- Experience using industry software such as Logi Kal, Business Micros Evolution or similar.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple projects.
- A proactive approach and the ability to work effectively in a busy office environment.
