This is an exciting opportunity for a confident, driven sales professional who enjoys dealing directly with customers and wants a role where your earning potential reflects your performance. The company is open to creating a flexible salary and commission package for the right person, with commission potentially ranging from 5%–15%, depending on the structure agreed. The Role As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for managing customers through the sales process, from the initial appointment through to securing the order. You will be meeting homeowners, understanding their requirements and providing advice on the most suitable window and door solutions. This role would suit someone who is confident in a face-to-face sales environment, enjoys working towards targets and is motivated by the opportunity to earn strong commission. Key Responsibilities * Attend approximately 10–15 customer appointments per week across the local area. * Meet with homeowners to understand their requirements and discuss potential solutions. * Build strong relationships with customers and provide a professional, consultative sales experience. * Discuss a range of windows, doors and associated home improvement products. * Carry out customer consultations and understand the customer's budget, requirements and timescales. * Prepare and present quotations based on the customer's requirements. * Explain product options, specifications, benefits and pricing clearly. * Follow up quotations and leads to maximise conversion opportunities. * Handle customer questions and overcome objections confidently. * Negotiate and close sales while maintaining healthy margins. * Keep accurate records of appointments, quotations and sales activity. * Work closely with the office, surveying and installation teams to ensure a smooth customer journey. * Manage your own pipeline and follow up opportunities in a timely manner. * Achieve agreed sales targets and maximise commission opportunities. * Provide an excellent level of customer service from initial appointment through to order. About You The successful candidate will ideally have previous experience in window, door, conservatory, glazing or home improvement sales, although strong sales professionals from a similar sector may also be considered. You will be confident meeting customers face-to-face and comfortable having commercial conversations around products, pricing and closing orders. We're looking for someone who is: * Experienced in face-to-face sales, ideally within the fenestration or home improvement industry. * Confident and personable with excellent customer-facing skills. * Comfortable conducting appointments within customers' homes. * Driven by targets and earning potential. * A strong communicator who can build rapport quickly. * Confident presenting quotations and discussing pricing. * Commercially aware with good negotiation and closing skills. * Organised and capable of managing your own diary and sales pipeline. * Professional, reliable and customer-focused. * Self-motivated and hungry to succeed.
