We are seeking an experienced and driven Project Manager to join a growing business, delivering specialist glazed façade projects ranging from £50,000 to £1 million across the UK. This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious individual looking to make a significant impact within a growing company. As a Project Manager, you will play a key role in shaping project delivery standards, influencing business growth, and developing your career as the company expands.

The successful candidate will have extensive experience within the façade, curtain walling, glazing, and aluminium systems sector, with a strong focus on quality, safety, programme management, and commercial control.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage multiple façade and glazing projects from pre-construction through to completion.
  • Review and coordinate design information, technical details, and installation drawings.
  • Carry out detailed design and technical reviews to ensure buildability and compliance.
  • Appoint and manage installation teams and specialist subcontractors.
  • Take full responsibility for site Health & Safety compliance and management.
  • Monitor installation quality and carry out site inspections to ensure works meet company and client standards.
  • Undertake QA inspections and field-view assessments throughout the installation process.
  • Manage project programmes, resources, and labour requirements.
  • Control project costs including:
    • Access equipment
    • Site preliminaries
    • Deliveries and logistics
    • Labour and subcontractor costs
    • Materials and procurement
  • Attend site meetings and liaise with clients, contractors, architects, and consultants.
  • Produce progress reports and maintain project documentation.
  • Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Essential RequirementsExperience
  • Proven experience managing glazed façade, curtain walling, window and aluminium systems projects.
  • Experience delivering projects ranging from £50k to £1m.
  • Strong understanding of façade installation methodologies and site management.
  • Experience reviewing technical drawings, design details, and installation specifications.
  • Demonstrable experience managing site teams and subcontractors.
Technical Knowledge
  • Experience with aluminium façade systems including:
    • ALUK
    • Kawneer
    • Technal
Qualifications
  • SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme)
  • First Aid at Work
  • PASMA
  • IPAF
