Chase Taylor Recruitment are currently recruiting for a successful fenestration business who are looking to employ an experienced B2C Sales Representative on a full time, permanent basis. Our client has been manufacturing and installing upvc conservatories for many years and their unique and innovative products mean we have enjoyed consistent year-on-year growth. They boast an impressive 20,000 square feet office and factory space, with state-of-the-art design and manufacturing facilities. The right candidate for this role will have significant experience in direct sales, will be passionate about achieving results and will be able to utilise the company sales strategy to secure business within the domestic market. Ideally you will have experience selling fenestration products. The role responsibilities: * Connect and build report/trust with customers quickly * Meet monthly and annual KPIs & targets * Respond to sales enquiries generated by their website, phone, email, video call and face to face. * Provide quotations to customers, by taking onboard their needs and budgets * Follow up all enquiries * Make sure company CRM database is up to date The candidates’ skills & experience: * Have experience in a B2C Sales position within the window and door industry * Proven track record of hitting KPI targets * Has excellent telephone manner and communication skills * Excellent interpersonal skills, reliable and punctual * Be sales driven and forward thinking * Must be computer literate Benefits: * Onsite parking * Referral programme * Yearly bonus * Performance bonus Working days are Monday to Friday with the occasional Saturday This role offers a basic salary of £30,000 with uncapped commission (realistic OTE £40,000 to £50,000).
