Job Description The Firm /n Our client is a highly regarded UK Top 100 commercial law firm with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality legal services across a range of sectors. With offices throughout England, the firm is recognised for its expertise, collaborative culture and commitment to developing its people. /n The firm is now looking to recruit an Associate or Senior Associate Solicitor with over 2 years’ PQE to join its well-established and highly respected Public Law Team. /n The Opportunity /n This is an excellent opportunity to join a leading team working on complex, high-profile and often large-scale public law matters. The role offers exposure to a varied and challenging caseload, including: /n /n - Advising on regulatory matters, appeals to various tribunals and complaints involving Ombudsmen. /n - Working on public inquiries and related investigations. /n - Managing complex, large-scale projects, including major disclosure and information management exercises and document-intensive review processes. /n - Advising on public law decision-making and disputes, including complaints and judicial review proceedings before the High Court, Court of Appeal and Supreme Court. /n /n The successful candidate will play an important role in managing complex matters, coordinating projects and working collaboratively with colleagues across the wider team. /n The Ideal Candidate /n You will have: /n /n - 2+ years’ PQE, with relevant experience in public law, judicial reviews and regulatory matters. /n - The ability to manage multiple projects with experience managing large-scale disclosure exercises and competing deadlines effectively. /n - Previous healthcare experience would be highly advantageous. /n /n This opportunity would suit a solicitor looking to build on their existing experience within a highly regarded team handling complex and significant public law matters. /n A competitive salary and an attractive benefits package are on offer, alongside the opportunity to develop your career within a supportive and well-respected team. /n For a confidential discussion and further information, please contact Toby Nash at Chase Portland today.
