The firm is now looking to recruit an Associate or Senior Associate Solicitor with over 2 years’ PQE to join its well-established and highly respected Public Law Team.

The Opportunity
\n
This is an excellent opportunity to join a leading team working on complex, high-profile and often large-scale public law matters. The role offers exposure to a varied and challenging caseload, including:

- \n
- Advising on regulatory matters, appeals to various tribunals and complaints involving Ombudsmen.
- Working on public inquiries and related investigations.
- Managing complex, large-scale projects, including major disclosure and information management exercises and document-intensive review processes.
- Advising on public law decision-making and disputes, including complaints and judicial review proceedings before the High Court, Court of Appeal and Supreme Court.

The successful candidate will play an important role in managing complex matters, coordinating projects and working collaboratively with colleagues across the wider team.

The Ideal Candidate
\n
You will have:
\n
- \n
- 2+ years’ PQE, with relevant experience in public law, judicial reviews and regulatory matters.
- The ability to manage multiple projects with experience managing large-scale disclosure exercises and competing deadlines effectively.
- Previous healthcare experience would be highly advantageous.
