Our client is a highly regarded Legal 500 law firm seeking a 1-4 years' PQE solicitor to join their commercial and property litigation team.
\n
The Opportunity
\n
Our client deals with a broad range of commercial disputes ranging from contractual disputes, commercial fraud, injunctive relief, dispute resolution, mediation and arbitration, intellectual property, construction disputes and negligence including professional negligence.
\n
Further, our client excels in complex property litigation disputes and is retained by several substantial overseas freehold investors in heavily contested 1954 Act lease renewals. Our client also advises in cases involving allegations of fraud, construction disputes, contested lease extensions and enfranchisement.
\n
Clients include acting on behalf of high-net-worth individuals, charities, and substantial corporate investors, including many based overseas and offshore.
\n
The Ideal Candidate
\n
- \n
- Admitted as a solicitor in England and Wales with circa 1-4 years' PQE.
- Commercial litigation experience in private practice and/or ideally some property litigation experience.
- Commercially savvy with business development acumen.
