The Role

Our client is a leading full-service UK law firm seeking an enthusiastic and passionate planning lawyer to join their friendly, supportive and ambitious team, ideally in Leeds, although other office locations, including London, Birmingham and Bristol, will also be considered.
\n
This position has arisen due to growth with a genuine opportunity for career progression. Senior Associates would also be considered.

The Candidate
\n
The ideal candidate will have between NQ and 4 years' PQE, with experience of:

- \n
- Section 106 agreements;
- highways and other statutory agreements;
- advising on planning, highways and associated law;
- due diligence for property and corporate transactions; and
- contentious planning work, such as planning inquiries, hearings, court challenges and judicial reviews.
