Job Description Our client is looking to hire a Financial Services Regulatory Associate with 2-6 years' PQE to join its popular London office. /n The Opportunity /n The role will provide the opportunity to advise clients on areas such as /n /n - conduct of business and regulatory change management, including MiFID II, AIFMD and MAR (CRR and EMIR would be an advantage); /n - working with institutional asset managers, private equity and credit fund managers, and hedge fund managers; /n - running regulatory due diligence in support of corporate and banking teams, drafting due diligence reports and commenting on SPAs, BSAs; /n - managing regulatory applications, e.g. authorisations, variations of permission, change in control, waiver applications. /n /n The Candidate /n The successful candidate will have 2-6 years’ PQE from a highly regarded regulatory practice, which may include experience gained in the legal function of a financial services and products firm.
