We have an exciting opportunity in Ferryhill! A friendly GP Practice are looking to welcome an Office Manager into their team, and are offering a competitive employment package. Our client is seeking a conscientious, proactive individual who can work calmly under pressure towards deadlines and provide supervision and training to the wider administrative team. They require 36 hours over 4 days, allowing you to have a free day to pick up additional work and boost your income (or to allow you a day off, to enhance your work-life balance while still earning a full-time salary)! The working pattern will be Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday.
Duties:
- Overseeing staffing and rotas.
- Helping to support the practice in meeting targets such as QOF.
- Maintaining the appointment systems.
- Undertaking risk assessments and assisting with audits.
- Oversight and responsibility for the various daily workflow activities within the practice.
- General support of the Practice Manager to ensure the Practice runs smoothly.
This interesting and varied role is suitable for an experienced, driven and knowledgeable individual, with administrative and management experience. You must have experience working within a GP Practice to be considered for this position.
Benefits:
- Salary of £13.79 per hour.
