We're recruiting on behalf of an award‐winning, single‐site GP practice near Leamington Spa, seeking a Clinical Pharmacist to join their small, but expanding team. This position offers the chance to make a real difference to patient care while working alongside an experienced multi‐disciplinary team, including GPs, nurses, and fellow pharmacists. Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct structured medication reviews
- Provide expert medicines advice and support to the clinical team
- Handle repeat prescriptions, medication queries, and reconciliation after hospital discharge
- Lead on medicines optimisation, prescribing safety, and quality improvement projects
Requirements:
- You must have Primary Care experience to be considered for this role
- You'll hold a MPharm (or equivalent) and GPhC registration, ideally holding CPPE qualification and an Independent Prescriber (V300)
- This is an in‐person, practice‐based position. The practice has on‐site parking
