We are currently working with a well-established and high-quality residential children\’s home in Bradford, supporting children and young people with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD). The home is a 4-bed setting focused on providing a nurturing and stable environment.
They are now looking to hire a Senior Residential Children\’s Support Worker to join their dedicated team.

What You\’ll Be Doing:

Creating and maintaining a happy, positive, and safe environment for young people.

Building strong, trusting relationships with children to promote emotional development and resilience.

Acting as a role model and leading by example for junior staff.

Contributing to the continual improvement of children\’s outcomes.

Ensuring accurate and timely documentation and record-keeping.

Attending and contributing to meetings, reviews, and conferences related to the children in your care.
What We\’re Looking For:

Experience: Previous experience in a residential childcare setting is essential.

Qualifications: Level 3 Diploma in Children and Young People\’s Workforce (Essential).
