We're working with a small, close-knit children's residential care provider near Chesterfield that's looking for an ambitious Registered Manager to lead the opening of a brand-new 1-2 bed home supporting children with complex behaviours. This is a rare opportunity to create something from the ground up. The home is ready to open, giving you the chance to add your own personal touch, build and recruit your own team, and shape the culture before welcoming young people.
Although you'll have the autonomy to make the home your own, you'll never be on your own. The organisation prides itself on supporting every manager and every home, with a hands-on leadership team that genuinely cares about the success, wellbeing, and development of its staff.
What's on Offer:
- £50,000-£55,000 salary (DOE)
- Annual performance bonus plus a two-tier Ofsted inspection bonus
- 36 days annual leave (including bank holidays) plus your birthday off
