Regional Service Support Lead - Domiciliary Care Field-Based | Monday to Friday, 9:00am-5:00pm | £35,000 per annum Chase Medical is recruiting on behalf of a growing domiciliary care provider for an experienced Regional Service Support Lead to provide hands-on operational support across a number of care services.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Registered Manager, Deputy Manager, Service Manager or Care Manager who enjoys being hands-on, solving problems and supporting services to deliver high standards of care, but is looking for a varied regional role rather than being responsible for one individual branch.
About the Role As Regional Service Support Lead, you'll work alongside different branches to provide additional operational support where it's needed most.
You could be supporting a service through a management vacancy, helping a growing branch implement new care packages, supporting a service through operational pressures or helping improve quality and compliance.
You'll have the opportunity to make a genuine impact across multiple services while working closely with Registered Managers, Area Managers and senior leadership.
