I'm currently working with an award-winning domiciliary care provider who is on a mission to transform lives through high-quality, person-centred care. They are a fast-growing, values-driven organisation dedicated to delivering outstanding support across our specialist care services. They are now looking for a Regional Manager to join our Specialist Care Division - someone passionate about people, performance, and creating positive change.

About the Role

As Regional Manager, you will take accountability for multiple services across the Rochdale region, leading two specialist businesses initially. You'll empower Service and Registered Managers to deliver exceptional outcomes for adults with complex needs - including learning disabilities, autism, mental health conditions, and acquired brain injuries (ABI).

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee the delivery of high-quality, regulated care
  • Drive year-on-year commercial growth, meeting and exceeding budgets
  • Create and implement operational plans that align with the companies strategic vision
  • Support, develop, and motivate teams to deliver excellent care
  • Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders (staff, commissioners, partners)
  • Ensure robust governance, compliance, and risk management across all services

What We're Looking For

  • Proven leadership in specialist care services (e.g., LD, autism, mental health, ABI)
  • Experience managing multi-site teams and delivering on strategic goals
  • Strong understanding of regulatory standards, quality frameworks, and CQC requirements
  • QCF Level 5 in Social Care Management (or working towards)
  • A confident, people-focused leader who inspires accountability and performance
  • Full UK Driving Licence and willingness to travel across the region
