Our friendly GP Practice in County Durham is seeking a Practice Nurse to join their close-knit team. Hours are up to full time, but they can be flexible for the right candidate, so you can ensure the right work-life balance for you.
The practice is located within County Durham, not far from the town of Ferryhill.
They are looking to expand their team, with an experienced Practice Nurse (ideally at least 2 years in post), who is happy to run their own clinics and can see their patients for Chronic Disease Management as well as more general / treatment room duties.
Key Benefits of this role include:

Requirements for this position:
- Experience within a Practice Nurse role (2+ years).
- Experience / training in most areas of Chronic Disease Management (Diabetes, Asthma, COPD and CHD).
- Other Practice Nurse skills including Cytology and Baby Immunisations.
- Current NMC registration & revalidation.
- Ability to autonomously run clinics without direct supervision (within remit).
