I'm working with an established children's residential provider to recruit an experienced OFSTED Registered Manager for a fully occupied 6-bed home in Nuneaton. The home is rated 'Good' by OFSTED, with stable, long-term placements and a well-structured layout (5 bedrooms upstairs, 1 downstairs). The Role

You'll lead the day-to-day running of the home, ensuring high standards of care, strong safeguarding practices, and full compliance with OFSTED regulations. This is a great opportunity to step into a stable service where you can focus on development rather than firefighting.

  • Experience as a Registered Manager in children's residential care
  • Level 5 in Leadership & Management (or working towards)
  • Strong understanding of OFSTED and safeguarding frameworks
  • Passion for trauma-informed care and achieving positive outcomes

What's on Offer

  • Up to £67,000 salary
  • 28 days holiday rising to 33 days
  • Overtime paid at time and a third
