Registered Manager - Ofsted
Location: Nuneaton
Salary: £55,000 - £70,000 per annum (DOE)
Hours: Full-Time, Monday-Friday
We're working with a brand new, small, close-knit children's residential care provider in Nuneaton that is looking for an ambitious Registered Manager to lead the opening of a brand-new 3 bed home supporting children with complex behaviours.
The home will support children and young people with emotional and behavioural difficulties and will operate using a trauma-informed, PACE-led approach. As this is a new home, we are looking for someone who is comfortable taking ownership of the service, supporting the registration process and helping to establish a positive culture from the outset.
This is a rare opportunity to create something from the ground up. The home is ready to open, giving you the chance to add your own personal touch, build and recruit your own team, and shape the culture before welcoming young people.

The Ideal Candidate:
- Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or equivalent)
- Minimum 2 years' experience within an Ofsted-regulated children's residential setting
- At least 1 year's experience in a supervisory or management role
- A resilient, proactive leader with a positive, can-do attitude
- Passionate about achieving exceptional outcomes for children and young people
