A well-established GP practice in Leighton Buzzard is seeking an experienced Dispenser to join their friendly and supportive dispensary team. This role has become available due to the previous team member leaving the practice. The practice supports approximately 4,800 patients, with around half of the patient population being dispensed to directly by the surgery. You will be working alongside a team of 3 other dispensers within a collaborative and well-organised environment. This is a great opportunity for an experienced dispenser looking to develop their career within Primary Care.

You will play an important role in ensuring the safe, accurate and efficient dispensing of prescriptions while supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the dispensary. The ideal candidate will be organised, reliable and a strong team player with previous experience in a GP dispensary setting. To be considered for this role, you MUST hold an NVQ Level 2 in Dispensing Services (or equivalent) and have prior dispensing experience within Primary Care. Knowledge of EMIS and experience working as part of a small dispensary team would be advantageous.
