Chase Medical is recruiting for an experienced Practice Nurse to join a welcoming and forward-thinking GP practice in Horwich, Bolton, caring for over 11,000 patients. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Practice Nurse who enjoys working autonomously, running their own clinics, and being part of a supportive multidisciplinary team. The role is available due to a team change and offers the chance to join a well-established practice with a strong focus on patient care and staff development.
The practice has recently moved into a brand-new purpose-built building and has a friendly clinical team consisting of GPs, Nurses, ACPs, ANPs, HCAs, Pharmacists, Pharmacy Technicians and a supportive admin team.
Hours: Ideally full-time, but part-time can be considered.
Location: Main site in Horwich, with occasional support required at a nearby branch surgery.
