We are looking to recruit for an experienced HCA/Phlebotomist in the Leamington Spa area for a wonderful, welcoming GP Practice. This OUTSTANDING rated practice is looking for a HCA/Phlebotomist to work around 3-4 days per week, offering flexibility over start/finish times - perfect for those that need to be home for the school run or other afternoon commitments.
Clinically MUST be able to take bloods and ideally, you'll have used EMIS Web before. Any additional skills to the Phlebotomy is welcome but not essential to be considered. Those with General Practice experience will have their applications favoured.
The surgery has around 12,000 patients and there is on-site parking available for staff. The benefits of the role include an attractive 5 weeks of annual leave (pro rata). You also receive an NHS pension and CPD opportunities. The surgery prioritise their staff, and ensure a welcoming environment.
