Health Care Assitant – Stockton-on-Tees | £14 per hour | 32-37.5 hours | Free On-Site Parking
A well-established and supportive GP surgery inStockton-on-Teesis seeking an experiencedHCAto join their dedicated clinical team. This is apermanent position with flexible hours ranging from 32-37.5 hours a week.

Key Responsibilities:
You’ll be working autonomously within the nursing team, with responsibility for delivering high-quality care including:
- Carry out blood pressure monitoring and pulse checks
- Record height, weight, BMI, and other basic observations
- Undertake ECGs and urine testing
- Carry out NHS Health Checks and support chronic disease management reviews
- Administer specific vaccinations and B12 injections (following appropriate training and protocols)
- Support wound care and dressings
- Accurately record information and observations in the patient record using appropriate clinical systems
Who We’re Looking For:
- A qualified and experiencedHCA
- Confident in the above clinical areas
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and non-verbal
- Someone who is proactive, reliable, and a true team player
