Your Role
- Lead the day-to-day running of the children's home
- Ensure OFSTED compliance and high standards of care
- Act as the Designated Safeguarding Lead
- Support and develop a dedicated care team

What We're Looking For
Essential:
- Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or equivalent)
