Are you an experienced Senior Residential Children’s Support Worker looking for a role where you can genuinely make an impact? We are recruiting on behalf of a well‑established children’s residential provider in Erith, offering a fantastic opportunity to join a stable, supportive team within a small 4‑bed home. The service currently supports two young people aged 16 and 17 with complex learning disabilities, allowing staff to provide truly person‑centred care and build meaningful relationships. The Role

  • Building positive and trusting relationships with young people

About You

  • Previous experience working within a residential childcare setting

  • NVQ Level 3 or Level 4 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or at least 50% completed)
  • Strong communication and relationship‑building skills
  • A resilient, compassionate, and professional approach
  • A full UK driving licence

Salary & Benefits

  • £15.05 per hour (£31,300 per annum) and £16.35 per hour (£34,000 per annum)
  • £65 per sleep‑in shift
  • Full‑time contract – 40 hours per week

Shift Patterns

  • Day shifts: 7:00 am – 10:00 pm
  • Waking nights: 9:00 pm – 7:00 am
  • Sleep‑ins: 10:00 pm – 7:00 am
