Registered Manager - Children's Residential Home
Location: Chesterfield
Salary: £45,000 per annum DOE + annual performance & Ofsted inspection bonuses
Hours: Full-time, Monday-Friday + shared evening and weekend on-call rota

We're working with a small, supportive children's residential care provider near Chesterfield who are looking for a confident and ambitious Registered Manager to lead the opening of a brand-new 1-2 bed children's home, supporting young people with complex behaviours.

About You
We're looking for someone who can combine strong leadership with a genuine passion for achieving positive outcomes for children and young people.
You'll need:
- Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years' experience working within an Ofsted-regulated children's residential setting
- At least 1 year's supervisory or management experience
- A resilient, proactive and positive approach
- Strong leadership skills and a genuine commitment to children's wellbeing and development
