Job Overview
Medical Secretary Team Lead – 18 month fixed‑term contract at a primary care centre in Bedford (MK40).

Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Medical Secretaries Manager to support training and delivery of day‑to‑day Med Sec services.
- Motivate, influence, and manage the Med Sec team, ensuring efficient and effective service.
- Perform core Secretary duties: typing and sending referrals on ERS, liaising with hospitals, contacting patients with queries, actioning tasks on Systm One, and typing Statements of Fact.
