A well-regarded Primary Care Centre in Sheffield (S1), rated Good by the CQC, is looking to recruit an Advanced Clinical Practitioner (ACP) or Advanced Nurse Practitioner (ANP) on a permanent basis. The centre is welcoming applications from both full-time and part-time candidates (minimum commitment of 3 days per week).

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled practitioner with a background in Nursing, Paramedicine, or Pharmacy, who holds a Prescribing qualification and has prior experience working in Primary Care.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Assessing, diagnosing, treating, and referring patients
  • Managing minor illnesses and injuries
  • Conducting clinical examinations and face-to-face consultations
  • Supporting patients with long-term conditions
  • Handling on-the-day appointments
  • Using the SystmOne clinical system
