Are you an Advanced Clinical Practitioner looking for a new challenge in Primary Care? If so, Chase Medical have an excellent permanent opportunity available for you! We are currently recruiting for an ACP in Huddersfield, West Yorkshire, for a high-QoF achieving Training Practice.

The hours on offer are flexible, and you can choose what works around your personal life. The successful candidate will be well-supported by the friendly and approachable GPs. The surgery takes pride in its fantastic inner-network, and it is a pleasant and positive environment to work in.

The practice is a large GP and ANP Training Practice, with fantastic support from GPs, management and a strong administration team. The clinical team take pride in being safe, efficient and high-achieving.
