This is a great opportunity for an experienced HR professional to join this organisation as they go through a period of continued growth. This role will become HR Business Partner within the next year for the right candidate.

HR Adviser Responsibilities
- Providing first line support and advice to employees and managers regarding all HR policies
- Reviewing, updating and implementing HR policies, procedures and processes ensuring all are up to date in line with current employment law
- Ensuring line managers are up to date with changes to any policies
- Providing HR advice, notetaking, and coaching support to managers
- Coaching managers on performance management issues and processes
- Conducting L&D needs analysis with Managers to define annual training plan
- Managing talent and succession planning; overseeing recruitment activity and campaigns
- Supporting in the design and implementation of a comprehensive induction process
- Advising and supporting employees on company benefits
Required Skills & Experience
- Experience in similar HR Generalist role
- Detailed understanding of UK employment law
- Understanding of statutory people processes
- An understanding of TUPE regulations
- A basic knowledge of payroll practices and UK Tax & NI rules
