Chase Holland are excited to be working with a highly respected and growing financial services firm that specialises in providing independent discretionary management services. They are known for their commitment to delivering exceptional service and tailored investment solutions. This is a great opportunity for an experienced HR professional to join this organisation as they go through a period of continued growth. This role will become HR Business Partner within the next year for the right candidate.

HR Adviser Responsibilities:

  • Providing first line support and advice to employees and managers regarding all HR policies
  • Reviewing, updating and implementing HR policies, procedures and processes ensuring all are up to date in line with current employment law
  • Ensuring line managers are up to date with changes to any policies
  • Providing HR advice, notetaking, and coaching support to managers
  • Coaching managers on performance management issues and processes
  • Conducting L&D needs analysis with Managers to define annual training plan
  • Managing talent and succession planning; overseeing recruitment activity and campaigns
  • Supporting in the design and implementation of a comprehensive induction process
  • Advising and supporting employees on company benefits

Required Skills Experience:

  • Experience in similar HR Generalist role
  • Detailed understanding of UK employment law
  • Understanding of statutory people processes
  • An understanding of TUPE regulations
  • A basic knowledge of payroll practices and UK Tax NI rules
