Chase High School in Westcliff-on-Sea, Essex, is looking for a committed Deputy Head of Year to join our pastoral team. You will work closely with the Head of Year to support attendance, behaviour, wellbeing and the wider school experience for a designated year group.
You will act as the main contact for students, parents and staff, identify concerns early, coordinate interventions with colleagues and external agencies, and promote high standards of safeguarding and welfare.
