We’re excited to offer you an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team as a Property Manager.

Responsibilities

  • Overseeing the management of properties, administrative tasks, compliance matters, and inquiries.
  • Respond to communications from landlords and residents via email and phone, and provide instruction, monitoring, and liaison with regular maintenance contractors.
  • Coordinate replacement furniture and fittings when authorised during tenancy, and manage keys, fobs, remotes and permits.
  • Carry out property inspections as required and follow up on issues found during inspections.
  • Coordinate the deposit release process at the end of a tenancy.
  • Build and nurture robust connections with both landlords and tenants.
  • Efficiently coordinate property upkeep, repairs and contractor services.
  • Oversee and manage deposit negotiations and processes, ensuring strict adherence to company policies and professional standards.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in property management is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Proactive, optimistic attitude with strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration within a team.
  • Ability to efficiently organise and prioritise tasks and responsibilities.
  • Problem‑solving capability, meticulous attention to detail, reliability, punctuality and excellent telephone etiquette.
  • Computer proficiency and comfort with the software suite necessary for daily tasks.
