Now, we are happy to offer you an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team as a Lettings Negotiator. The expected OTE will be between £22,000-£60,000 pa.
Let's talk about the role. It involves:
- Conducting accompanied viewings with prospective tenants.
- Managing telephone and email enquiries from eager tenants.
- Registering enquiries and efficiently scheduling appointments.
- Following up on leads to ensure no opportunity is missed.
- Coordinating seamless move-ins for new tenants.
- Handling various payments, including deposits and first month's rent.
- Performing occasional property inspections when necessary.
- Collaborating closely with the dynamic Lettings team.
