Role Overview

It involves:

  • Conducting accompanied viewings with prospective tenants.
  • Managing telephone and email enquiries from eager tenants.
  • Registering enquiries and efficiently scheduling appointments.
  • Following up on leads to ensure no opportunity is missed.
  • Coordinating seamless move-ins for new tenants.
  • Handling various payments, including deposits and first month's rent.
  • Performing occasional property inspections when necessary.
  • Collaborating closely with the dynamic Lettings team.
  • Nurturing your ambitions for career progression within the company.
  • Fulfilling any other duties deemed necessary to support the team.

Candidate Fit

We are looking for individuals with qualities such as:

  • Preferably possessing 1 year of relevant experience, but open to candidates with potential and a strong desire to learn.
