Role Overview
It involves:
- Conducting accompanied viewings with prospective tenants.
- Managing telephone and email enquiries from eager tenants.
- Registering enquiries and efficiently scheduling appointments.
- Following up on leads to ensure no opportunity is missed.
- Coordinating seamless move-ins for new tenants.
- Handling various payments, including deposits and first month's rent.
- Performing occasional property inspections when necessary.
- Collaborating closely with the dynamic Lettings team.
- Nurturing your ambitions for career progression within the company.
- Fulfilling any other duties deemed necessary to support the team.
Candidate Fit
