HR Business Partner (FTC)

How do you build one people strategy that flexes across two very different businesses, KFH and Chase Evans, while still holding together as one region? Lomond Group is looking for an HR Business Partner based at our St Mary Axe office in the City, working a hybrid pattern and reporting to our Group People Director. It's a six month fixed term contract with a view to permanent, paying £60,000 to £65,000, with an ASAP start. Lomond has grown fast through acquisition, and KFH & Chase Evans are still finding their shared rhythm within the group. This role exists to help that rhythm settle, aligning regional people strategy with the business and leading workforce planning, organisational design and cultural integration. You'll be the trusted voice in regional people decisions, backed by data rather than instinct.

What You'll Be Doing

• Partner with Regional Managing Directors and Executive stakeholders to build and align regional people strategy
• Lead workforce planning and organisational design, agreeing structures with regional leadership and delivering to timescale
• Support acquisition integration and cultural harmonisation for newly joined businesses, delivering plans to milestone
• Own regional people plans for engagement, retention, succession and performance, tracked against agreed metrics
• Use workforce data, covering attrition, absence, employee relations, diversity and inclusion, recruitment and succession, to spot and act on capability and leadership opportunities
• Coach and influence senior leaders on people and culture, driving leadership accountability
• Lead complex organisational change, including restructures, TUPE and operating model change, in line with employment law
• Oversee regional people risk and compliance, escalating material issues to the Group People Director

• Experience interpreting workforce data into clear, commercial recommendations
• Confidence using HR systems and dashboards, such as Zellis, Tableau or Power BI
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders through evidence, not authority
• Significant senior HR Business Partnering experience in a fast paced, multi site organisation
• Experience leading organisational change at scale, such as restructures or TUPE
• Strong working knowledge of UK employment legislation
