Associate Data Analyst
Join to apply for the Associate Data Analyst role at Chase de Vere. The role supports existing processes within the department, such as Compliance Monitoring, by undertaking initial data analysis and advising on potential areas of risk for further review and investigation, and offers opportunity to review processes with the Head of Risk and Compliance to increase efficiency and automation.
What Your Role Will Involve
- Collect, clean, and analyse large and complex datasets from multiple sources.
- Establish trends and areas of potential harm and provide clear reporting on the issue identified.
- Undertake initial analysis of large data sets to enable focused reviews by specialists within L&R.
- Provide data-driven recommendations to improve compliance processes.
- Collect, clean, and analyse data from across teams within L&R for reporting to governance committees; establish and maintain templates for efficient production of reporting.
- Present complex data clearly to a range of audiences.
- Review existing processes in L&R with a view to utilising data to increase efficiency and reduce effort.
What You Will Need
- Advanced data analysis skills (Excel, SQL, Power BI).
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Demonstrable experience in data analysis, however this does not need to be within a financial services role.
- Excellent analytical skills.
- Excellent accuracy skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent planning and organisational skills.
- An adaptable and flexible approach to work.
- Ability to work on own initiative.
- Ability to build and develop effective working relationships at all levels.
